Welcome to Parley. By creating an account or using Parley, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Parley.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.

Acceptable use

• •Don't manipulate results — no fake accounts, bots, vote stuffing, or coordinated gaming of topics or ratings.
• •Don't post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
• •Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

Parley Rating has no cash value

Parley is not gambling and not a prediction market. Your Parley Rating, tiers, and points are a reputation score only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may change or be reset.

Your content

You keep ownership of comments and content you post. By posting, you grant Parley a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the service. You're responsible for what you post.

Your data and opinions

Your votes and profile information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including the creation of aggregated, de-identified insights that may be shared or sold to third parties. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand these practices.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Parley is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Parley at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
