Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Users in the EEA and UK have an equivalent right to object to processing and to withdraw consent. You can exercise all of that on this page — no account interrogation, no dark patterns.

What Parley actually does. We license aggregated, de-identified statistics — such as "62% of women aged 25–34 said Yay." We do not sell your name, email, or individual vote record, and we do not share personal information with advertising networks. The controls below still let you remove yourself entirely from the commercial pipeline.

Submitting a request without an account

You do not need a Parley account to make a request. Email privacy@myparley.co with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and tell us which right you are exercising. You may also use an authorized agent, in which case we will ask for proof of authorization.

We respond within 30 days (extendable where the law allows) and may need to verify your identity before acting. We will never degrade your Parley experience for exercising a privacy right.

Global Privacy Control

We honor browser-level opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where they are transmitted, and treat them as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
